Our mission is to offer a comprehensive support system, spanning financial assistance, mental health resources, and personal and professional development. We invite musicians to join our community and access the help they need to thrive.

BFH is a dream brought to life by individuals who share the belief that together, we can reshape the world. A world where musicians can overcome obstacles and achieve their aspirations without limitations. According to recent studies, the median income for musicians in 2023 was $44,300, translating to roughly $21.30 per hour based on a standard work year of 2,080 hours. This falls well below the average hourly wage of $25 in the U.S., highlighting the financial challenges many musicians face. Such instability can profoundly affect mental health and the creative spirit, which BFH is committed to protecting and uplifting.

BFH is focusing on musical artists not only for their incredible potential to inspire change but also because their path often lacks the support they deserve.
